Indian Ruby is a 5-reel slot set in (as you can probably guess!) India, with a range of prizes up for grabs. The bonus round can help you create bigger wins, too, and you can double any win during the base game thanks to the Gamble feature. Keep reading our Indian Ruby slot review to find out more!

Indian Ruby Slot Details and Features

The Indian Ruby casino slot is a 5x3 slot with up to 10 paylines, developed by Merkur Gaming. It takes place on an Indian street lined with houses, and the reels feature a set of highly detailed symbols that look terrific.

You can also trigger a bonus feature that uses sticky symbols, while Wilds and Scatters pay big prizes, too!

Game Symbols

The symbols in the Indian Ruby mobile slot include the titular ruby, an elephant, and more. Each symbol is well designed and colourful — especially the gleaming ruby!

The Elephant is the top-paying symbol: it awards up to 1,000x your bet and can trigger the main bonus feature (see below).

The Necklace symbol offers a maximum of 500x your stake, while the Spices and Water Pot pay up to 250x. You’ll win smaller prizes for the royals: the Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and 10 award up to 100x your bet.

RTP

Merkur Gaming’s Indian Ruby slot UK has a 96.19% RTP and medium volatility.

How To Play Indian Ruby

Press the ‘spin’ button to play Indian Ruby slot. If you land between 3 and 5 matching symbols on any payline, Indian Ruby will award a prize shown on the paytable! Check the paytable before you play, so you know exactly how much you’ll win for the various winning combinations.

Tap the ‘per line’ button, labelled with a stack of casino chips, to open the bet setup menu. You can choose from several stake options here, between £0.01 and £10. Alternatively, tap the ‘max’ button to maximise your stake instantly. You can choose to play with 1 to 10 paylines between spins, too.

You may trigger the Indian Ruby slot bonus feature if you land enough Scatters. We’ll cover this next in our Indian Ruby online slot review.

Indian Ruby Slot Bonus Features

Wild Symbol

The Ruby symbol is Wild and substitutes for all other symbols. It also doubles the value of any winning combination it’s part of!

Elephant Bonus

Land 2 or more Elephant Scatters to get a re-spin. Each Scatter and Wild will be held on the reels while the rest of the symbols spin.

That means you can build some high-paying combinations before you go back to the base game!

Gamble Feature

The optional Gamble feature becomes available after any win. You can choose to press the ‘collect’ button to keep your prize and continue the base game for more chances to win. Or tap the ‘card gamble’ or ‘ladder gamble’ buttons to play the corresponding game instead.

The Card game involves predicting the colour of a playing card before it’s turned over and the actual colour is revealed. Press one of the buttons to guess which colour you believe the card will be — red or black.

If you correctly predict the colour, you’ll double your initial win and you can keep playing to rack up more prizes! Get it wrong, though, and you’ll forfeit your prize.

The Ladder game revolves around a ladder containing several prizes. Press the ‘1:1’ button to move up or down the ladder to increase your win or lose it.

During the Gamble feature, press the ‘collect half’ button to halve the stake and keep the rest as winnings.
